The Cuban singer Arahí, an international star with a rare voice and a dizzying stage presence, is coming to Israel! The former soloist of the legendary Anacaona Orchestra, the first female orchestra in Latin America, who has also performed with great artists such as Celia Cruz and Omara Portuondo, and filled stages in over 25 countries – now in her own special show.
Arahí brings with her an impressive show that combines jazz, Cuban son, soul and hot Latin groove. She will provide an international repertoire including ‘Buena Vista’ and the hottest Cuban repertoire – as well as her own original songs. She lives and breathes the beating heart of Cuba.
Together with her will appear the Cuban trumpeter Manuel Machado who has performed with the greats of Cuban music such as Bebo Valdez, Chucho Valdez, Celia Cruz and Paquito D’Rivera.
